Sub-project Laboratories

Status as of June 2026:
A quote has been obtained for an external survey (auftakt and IPN Laborprojekt). The survey is scheduled to take place at the DBMR in Q3. Equipment categorisation and the analysis of equipment usage will continue to be carried out internally at DBMR.

Status as of April 2026:
A second analysis of entry data is available for the building Murtenstrasse 24–28, and the data has been regarded as plausible. An on-site validation is planned to compare the actual entries with the badge data. In addition, equipment reservations are currently being analysed.

Status as of February 2026:
The concept is currently being developed and initial tests of measurement methods are being carried out. First test analysis of entry data has been completed.
In January, the project progress and procedure were presented to the respective commission of the Grand Council of the Canton of Bern, in accordance with the requirements.

Status as of November 2025:
The sub-project Laboratories was launched in October 2025.
It involves close cooperation with the Department for BioMedical Research (DBMR).
